The #OhFallThesFest23 is a one-day event that rolls five fantastic events into one. It includes the Ohio Unified Auditions and interviews, the All-Ohio Show auditions and interviews, the Thespy Competition, the Technical Theatre & Design Symposium, and the Theatre College & University Fair.

The Unified Auditions and Interviews is an excellent opportunity for senior theatre students to be seen by many theatre schools all at the some time. For one reasonable registration fee, a student can be seen by many schools all at the same time. 20 to 30 schools from Ohio and beyond participate every year. Student performers and technicians are encouraged to register.
Registration Expense: $50.00 per student

Auditions & Interviews

The All-Ohio Show serves to bring together the best high school theatre artists throughout the state for a production experience they likely would not have in their school communities. The All-Ohio Show will need actors, musicians, designers, and technicians and all will audition and /or interview on this day.

Thespy Competition

The Thespy competition provides an opportunity for students to demonstrate their creative abilities in a competitive environment, as well as to gain valuable feedback from experienced theatre professionals. Students earning a Double Superior rating will be invited to compete at the International Thespian Festival. Students may compete in as many categories as the wish but not twice in the same one.

Technical Theatre
and Design Symposium

This fun and educational series of technical theatre and design workshops is curated by the Ohio Valley-USITT and will provide a hands-on, immersive, and comprehensive learning experience so that participants hone their craft and can get the most out of their time with us.

State Thespian Conference
March 22-24, 2024 | Sylvania Northview High School
The Ohio Thespian Conference is an exciting event for students and educators. Students can join in the fun by participating in the All-Ohio Show, the Tech Challenge, and the Thespy Showcase. Performances, workshops, and other events dominate the rest of the weekend. Teachers can take advantage of the professional development and networking opportunities. It's the perfect chance to share ideas and celebrate the love of theatre
